Brown bags

At my current job it is not a common practice to give brown bags, however, I brought up the topic on retros and it was met with interest.

At Etermax we had brown bags as part of our career path inside of the company, oftentimes given by a single person (or two if both shared the same need to learn a specific topic) to the rest of the team.

I had the opportunity to give brown bags about Pair Programming, Test Pyramid, IDD, and other topics.

Brown bags are short informative or educational meetings, given by team members to other team members or to other teams.

We regularly had brown bags at SouthWorks where team members share with the rest of the team the techonologies and interesting projects they were working on.
